Toast was launched in 2019 by friends Luke Headland and Roisin Hudson, after a shared passion for great food, coffee and hospitality brought them together one fateful evening over many glasses of wine. Luke and Roi hatched a plan to pair a contemporary tropical vibe with retro flavours in a deli style setting and so toast. was born.

With inspiration from their own history in the UK and Ireland, they have carefully curated a list of signature sandwiches which reflect their passion for food and produce.

Toast also offers a selection of rotating specials or you can create your own sandwich from their selection of breads, salads and sides.

At toast. producers and stockists are carefully selected driven by a passion for using ethical, local and seasonal produce where possible. Coffee is by The Cat’s Pyjama’s by Seven Miles Coffee Roasters. Breads are supplied daily by Laurent and all fresh menu items are prepared in house by a chef.
